Compression Springs:

Wire diameters from 0.2mm to 6mm (range is being expanded)

Conical and barrel shaped springs:

Wire Diameters from 0.4mm to 2.0mm. These springs are produced in camless CNC spring formers.

Extension Springs:

Wire diameters from 0.2mm to 2mm(range is being expanded)

Torsion Springs including double torsion springs:

Wire diameters from 0.4mm to 2mm.These springs are produced in high speed spring formers.

Miniature Springs:

Wire diameter ranging from 0.15mm to 0.5mm used in electronics, jewellery and medical application.

Wire Forms:

Wire Forms used in electronics and consumer goods. Wire diameters ranging from 0.5 mm to 2.0mm

Springs for Special Applications:

Nuclear (Material-Inconel X750 etc.), Aerospace (Material-Alloy A286 etc.), Highly Corrosive ambience (Material-Hast Alloy etc.)

Flat Springs:

Plans are afoot to start commercial trials. Machine has been installed for the same.
